I need to build a simple wordpress plugin to add a wysiwyg editor (best is to use tinyMCE or nice edit) to comments area.
Wordpress 3.x compatible.
Must be tested and the winner have to help resolve possible issue.
Simple plugin, compatible with akismet, time is not a problem, social login, and in back end give te possibility to choose to comment with a set of emoticons or not, i've also to put a link (in a div with display:none) to my website to track all clients that use my plugin.
Time is not a problem, limited budget
