Seems to me as I am looking at a slew of renew notices for a bunch of plugins for WP that alot of these plugins are just shoving updates that mess up your site at you so they can justify charging you x$s for their SAS product that offers some minor functionality that the theme or etc refuses to offer, probably because the theme is coinvested in the minor functionality plugin, like a mega menu that no one wants to offer as part of a theme or page builder, or a simple redirect plugin that apparently is considered SEO, if redirecting old pages is what you consider SEO then your fu*ked buddy...
Anyway a great place to vent, but security issues should be part of the service I pay for once, if you cant offer a safe product, why do I need to pay you to keep changing it to make it "more secure", shouldnt it always "work" just an excuse to charge money for nothing
