Does anybody knows a good wordpress plugin to synchronize the posts on my blog with my facebook? I need to publish on my facebook page every post I do on my wordpress blog.

SNAP, or I'm sure there are others.
IFTTT could easily work too

IFTTT is a good choice. I'm using it for a few of my blogs and it's working smoothly.

There's free services like TwitterFeed.com that will do this for you for free.

install jetpack and then sync ur wp account with it, if not already done.... This will sync automatically for you

SNAP works wonders.

Also, you could consider syncing comments from your Facebook to your blog and vice versa. It makes it look like there is more activity.

Fan of hootsuite....free and it propagates to twitter (smaller version), facebook, google plus, linked in etc. I use it and put it by default on client sites.

Thanks for this idea. I'm going to start using this service as many of the plug ins that I'm using now are causing my blog to load slowly and costing me traffic.
