WP RSS Aggregator is a good plugin and I had recommended them in this forum some time ago too. However it is very costly plugin. To be able to convert feed to post you need to have their Pro plan that costs $139 for a single site and is renewable every year.
So you should try WordPress Automatic Plugin by Valvepress which is available at codecanyan dot net. It will cost you $30 for a lifetime license. It is a most easy to configure and simple to use plugin.
So why spend more money when you can get all for cheap?
