I'm looking for a plugin where I can enter the URL of another WordPress website, and it can create a copy of the full article, including images. Which plugin can do this?

I don't think there is such as plugin brother. It is a copyright violation which wordpress would not approve.
 
you can ask chatgpt to create this plugin for you, it is very easy just a few lines of code
 
You can use wp automatic plugin, it helps you to copy the post or article of other website to you website automatically.
 
If you are savvy with web scraping or python, you can do it without a plugin. Not sure what the value would be of a blatant copy-paste website.
 
+1 for wp automatic. You can use rss feed from the other site to copy they content. With urls not sure.
