Wordpress plugin that adds tags as hastags on tweets

Anyone have a Wordpress plugin that adds tags as hastags on tweets? I'm currently using WP to Twitter and i can't get it to work. For example say i had wp automatically tweet my post "10 of the best vacation destinations in Europe :link-to-post:" (with tags, vacation, destinations, Europe). When it tweets i want it to look like this "10 of the best #vacation #destinations in #Europe :link-to-post:" I think the WP to Twitter plugin has this functionality but it doesn't seem to work.

"tweet old post"...but you asked for tags ...and it uses categories

WP to Twitter uses the tags from the tags widget. So just put those in manually and it will work.
