Wordpress plugin questions in end of post ?

Hope somebody can help me with this one, because i could not find it here or at Google.

I need a Wordpress Plugin that makes it possible to post a Random or specific question in end of every posts. And visitors can submit an answer to the question.

I'm not sure of a specific plugin to do this but is there any reason that you can't just make some white space at the end of your post and then put your question in there (as a part of the post)?

I have never hear about this type of plugin. why you want this plugin?

I have a Technology blog and i want a Q in end of post.

Like do you have another problem or Q please submit here.
So i can collect those answer and see if it need to create a guide about that topic or problem.
