wordpress plugin help needed

Hi.
I'm looking for 2 plugins.
First, is there a plugin that allows for registered members on the site to make their own polls with admin approval(or without)?
I used google, but 0 results.

Then i want to add a facebook comment box on my homepage too, not just on posts(like on this site: nemkutya.com). I tried to add the script to the theme's code, but it not working.
