Hello BHW members im looking for a nice plugin to wordpress which will be poping out the poll with some qwestions when the customer will be quiting the site? is there any ?

hmm i dont find in this all plugins answer for me, im looking for a plugin that will pop out with a simple poll that answers will come to my email, when the someone want to quit the page
