Is there a WordPress plugin that can scrape and auto post content from another website?

I'm looking for a solution that can scrape from a non-wordpreess website and that doesn't need RSS
 
There is one definitely, but I don't remember it's name. It was scraping websites basing on HTML tag you previously select. Maybe someone remember what was the name of this plugin.

If you don't spin it though it wont rank among the competitor/source. You're result will be omitted unless you have more authority then the original will be omitted.
 
Do you have anything to back this up, because duplicate content seems to rank all the time?
