Wordpress Plugin for order form with paypal?

Sorry if this is in the wrong section, wasn't sure where to put it.

Anyway, does anyone know of a FREE WP plugin that will allow me to add a multi choice dropdown order form and link the 'submit button to paypal?

Or is there some relatively simple way i could do this myself?

I've spent half the day trying to find one so any ideas would be VERY much appreciated!
