Wordpress plugin for contact form popup?

Does it exist?
I need to convert visitors into sales leads but don't want to rely on them manually entering info on the page's contact form=> they wont.
Is there a plugin that would enable a popup to appear that would force a visitor to enter their contact information after about 30 seconds on the site?

I couldn't find anything on the g@@g.

you can use super popup and link it to your contact page with a picture of anything you want in the popup, don't know if there is a plugin for a contact form as a popup but you can try this, I use it to get people to visit pages I want on my blog.

do you have an example of it in action?

Did you go with super popup in the end mate? if so what did you think of it?

It wouldn't pop up! lol, I set the timer for 4 seconds, and although the pop up activated on the 4 second mark, it never showed. I think my CSS files need to be tweaked. I'm still working through it. If I can get it to work, it will be the perfect fit for me!

I've been running around-I've tried 3 so far=
1. platinumslidein is boring and ugly unless you can get the png trasparency option working but there is absolutely NO SUPPORT for the software so I decided not to even try to figure it out.
2. WP superpopup never worked, it just dimmed the screen but no popup, no matter how I tweaked the config. I thiin k it has something to do with my wordpress theme. If it worked I think it would have been rad.
3. WP Popup scheduler doesn't play well with webforms so I don't even see the point.
I will give popup domination a run and get back to you with my review!
