Wordpress Plugin for Cash Payouts?

So run an incentive cpa site powered by WP.
Now I want to know if there is a plugin that allows me to payout my users directly from my wordpress site.
Meaning they have entered their email on the site in the CP.

Then when payday comes I I click pay x amount to user X.. that user is now paid?

Anything?
