So I have a retail shop that hosts different pop-up vendors weekly and daily. I am trying to automate the booking process and I am hoping there is some type of Wordpress plugin out there that can help me do so in a particular way. It has become wayyyy too tedious trying to vet each person myself to not book people that sell the same products on the same day and even more tedious when people contact and want to book, waste my time and never pay to secure the booking.
I want people to be able to select the industry/products they have from a select list I set. From there, it blocks off all dates on the calendar that has a vendor in that industry/with those products already booked so then people can pick dates to book where they would not clash with a competitor and from there it formulates all the prices for each date and the person can continue to check out/pay to secure everything. After a date gets 4 bookings (and on some dates with special events where we have way more vendors in shop, 15 bookings) I want that date to be unavailable to all.
Does anyone know of a plugin that can do something like that? Or possibly could create it? I am thinking some type of booking plugin for like a stylist or even for flights, rental cars, hotels, etc could be tweaked to do this if not do this already.
Also if people cannot book and pay from the website, I would at least like some type of availability calendar that shows availability based on the industry/product and completely closes off availability when we reach the max total vendors so then when people contact, there's less back and forth about date availability and more just pay and go.
