I found a website for sale and the guy selling it says he has a program that scrapes a website RSS feed for keywords, replys to the owner, get's subscription or Ad based revenue.

Anyone heard of a program via wordpress that does this?

Nope.
If the guy is for real then he must have developed it himself, I never heard of a wordpress plugin that does that.
 
I'd be really interested to see if there is such a thing out there.
 
The plugin is just awpcp but it uses a custom php script to grab the email address and ads from cl and dumps them to the awpcp database.
 
I don't see any problem in developing such a script but how could it be related with WordPres? Why should it be a plugin but not just a standalone PHP script or a desktop application???
