Image teleporter, at least from the description, it does what you need, but plugin wasn't updated with the latest 3 major releases of WP.

There's a plugin called Auto upload wherein you can find images, save them to the server and then upload it to your WP library. You can update posts using your image URL too. The plugin actually has a lot of features that can be very useful.
