you best just buy a domain
example a heigh da 90 tacking 1k a week with cost , 4kx12 x2 = 56k in value

you can do what you want but buy a domain is a starter then do it.
as said can do anythink you no how , just take long time to build .
will cost a lot in content a real lot , will take thousands of pages and thousands of content with thousands of heigh backlinks, to get the heigh da you said .

Yes, but I mean like with Medium or YT, you can Spam Links with medium to bad Quality and it will still Rank, which doesnt Work with new sites.
Or do you mean Aged Domains?
