You mean a free wordpress blog vs a squidoo lens? If I had to pick I would pick squidoo, no doubt.

Are you refering to puting WP on your own domain vs Squidoo? If so then I have to say it is always better to have your own domain and then use Squidoo to drive traffic to it.

If you are asking WordPress.com vs Squidoo to drive trafic to your main site? Then I personally am partial to Squidoo. However, seeing they are both free services I recommend using both hand in hand.

better in what way ? - For flexibility of design wordpress by far. For instant PR squidoo, for one off backlinks squidoo

may help if you provide a little more detail with your querey

For me it would be wordpress.

I like squidoo, the only problem with it is you MUST keep posting new content constantly to keep your rank.

Stop posting and you'll see your rank fall very quickly.

I think the real question is ..... Better for What? Both are a tool to publish content, it depends on what you want to do with them.
