Wordpress or blogger?

Depends on what purposes you are planning to use them for. Both are pretty strict when you use their properties for SEO purposes.
 
Blogger - you can customise all thing in blogger by code
Wordpress - you will easily customise by WordPress plugin but your site getting hard to load
 
I think Wordpress has simply too much restrictions. New accounts can't do this, can't do that, can't put affiliate codes, etc. And they review new accounts also and get those banned if it violates this and that. I think Blogger has a little bit more space for your though.
 
I prefer wordpress. Anyhow this is a personal choice.
 
Wordpress.com vs Blogger then blogger is a clear winner
Incase of wordpress.org vs blogger wordpress is better
 
If you are building links than both of them.

If you want to use them as landingpage/webpage it mostly depends on your purpose. I find wordpress.com stricter than blogger and not as easy to customize.
Also, blogger seems to stand through time and spam linking better than wordpress. I have blogspot blogs that are still alive after years and years, while wordpress blogs sometimes get banned after some aggressive link building.
 
I will go with wordpress because it gives you more power and you can customize it according to your needs.
 
They're both good. But personally I prefer Wordpress because they have a wide array of themes and plugins that you can choose to customize your site.
 
I prefer wordpress over blogger because of its themes and plugins. I've used both in multiple projects so both of them work great, and it all gets down to your personal choice.
