Blogger, do you really need to ask? The Google tards are way too much in love with themselves to favor anything else than their own properties.

With a self-hosted Wordpress you can do pretty much anything you want. With blogger you're stuck with what Google offers.

Very true. I prefer a self hosted wordpress even though a lot of people say that blogger can be more easy to rank on search engines.

I think that Blogger will be much easier to index fast. But WP on private server is a powerful tool with plenty of option of customization and in fact you can really change anything you want. Plus you got a pretty awesome plugin's base.

A few days ago I made a wordpress blog as TIER 1... Today its is ranking in the first page and higher than my money site lol

I use wordpress. Why is a private server any better? I built a blogger & wrote an article about the pope. It ranked right away & stayed there for a few hours.

Blogger because its Free And Easy and Blogger is owned by Google and there are many in-built features and services that can be useful for a new blogger

free hosted wordpress cant be customized...google loves their own and ranks them a little higher. I aint seen so many wordpress blogs ranked higher than blogger blogs.

We have found that in the long run with specific niches, Google "favored" WP (bound by Google Webmaster guidelines, of course) over Blogger.
