Wordpress by a longshot. Customizability, support, community, and plugins are way more abundant and useful than Blogger.

seems to be never ending - both has pros and cons. Blogger does not require any investment. so started can choose that.

I have been using Blogger since 4 years now. I love it as it's realy easy for me to add a taste to my custom theme.

Decide for what purpose do you need a website only for blog or full website with products and etc.

I prefer Blogger due to the following reasons:

blogger is very easy to optimize
it indexes fast [if well optimized of course]
you can add many categories, tags, social pages, subscription and other elements
it's free


Please mind that WP can be free (wordpress.com) and paid (wordpress.org)
