wordpress or blogger -whic is the best for adsense

any one can suggest me which is the suitable for adsense approving ? i have plan to open a personal blog site

Wordpress should do.

That's not true about wordpress as blogger is actually set up for google adsense and it is their network. Either will work but blogger is better in terms of free means to get an account.

You can in fact have any sites approved on the Adsense program, provided that site has enough traffic going through. Adsense's primary concern is the ability of your website to generate traffic, as their business model is based on this entirely. Of course, your website will also have to adhere to their TOS before being approved/accepted into their program. If you can proof that your site has good enough traffic, by providing traffic stats, etc, when requested, then that should increase your chances of getting accepted into their program.
Personally, I find integrating Adsense code into Blogger is much simpler. Furthermore, Blogger has better leniency as compared to Wordpress, which has placed so many restrictions on their platform. Unless if you host your own Wordpress blog, then that is different entirely, as a whole.

If you want to start a Blog, Blogger is the best one as google own that and we can get live stats for that easily. coming to wordpress blogger will have fast indexing nature. My suggestion in Blogger.

I would personally prefer Wordpress. Right from SEO to ease of publishing, all built into it.

Use WordPress. It is easy to use, easy to customize.

Wordpress is best because of it having a lot of Plugins to use and improve. I said Blogger above because it is closure to Google but WP is better.
