I allready have my own custom design and some plugins and 2 articles that needs to be a little refined.

Articleposting / rewriting in different categories
Wordpress-Interface Optimization
placing dummy ads
Interlinking
adjusting some things
finalization
consulting using teamviewer and/or skype.
It's like a few hours of work or less if someone know what he's doing.
