6. Now you must redirect all the posts to the new subdomain. Simply, run the following command in the SQL Database via phpMyAdmin.

after doing this step my images are showing broken links. what should I do for that?

this is how my source code looks now. You see that .comuploads/ part. I divided that into .com/upload and tried. But it wont bring the images my friend. But just one image working on home page. I don't know how that happens. How to recover this. I mean how to get this images back with keep this beautiful optimization.

I did everything exactly you said. and also I have few other websites inside of my public_html folder. But I managed to point that static domain correctly to the correct domain folder inside wp-content folder.

@FatBee. Thank you so much for this information

I followed your guide and was able to improve the score to

almost 100% for GTMetrix (from 87)
97 for Pagespeed desktop

But the Pagespeed for mobiles is still languishing at 81 (earlier 58)

I did all that you suggested except for the sub-domain thing.

These are the issues that PageSpeed is highlighting for Mobile. Can you please suggest something

My website running without any other errors as I noticed, but this is the only error I need to fix.

-------------------------------------------------
OMG! I found something just now.

I have clear that www part in above image URL. Then that image start to show up. What should I do now my friend? DO I need to redirect this https://www.static.example.com/url

into non www (https://static.example.com/url) URL? (because non www URL is working)

This is what I did to fix above things. Please tell me if I did anything wrong.
=============

I have changed those not showing image url changes like this.

In here you saw that

1611918722443.png

com and upload bond together. So what I did is I changed all urls to com/upload by adding "/" into it.

and I have changed the URL www to no www versions.

https://www.static. into https://static. version.

Now home image start to show like before and working properly. is this way is correct my friend?

No matter www or non www, it will work, your issue was the dash

No my friend, actually I edited that dash before I fix the www part.

That's why I asked that also in separately above. But when removing that www part it start to working. Maybe I missed something. But always I face with subdomain redirecting.

it's not a threat to website? right? if I use that non www url on source code.

While having done all the changes, wordpress is behaving in a peculiar manner.

In the admin area when I upgrade any of the plugins, the upgrade complete is successful. But the plugin still shows the old one.

While I create a new post, I place some content in the editor area. Then if I edit any sentence, and if I click "save draft", the changes don't get saved. The copy remains just as the same as it was written the first time. If I try to create a new post, the earlier post comes up within the new post.

Can't even delete a post which is in draft. I get a msg - "You are not allowed to edit this post"

What's the issue here ? Some thing to do with cache or cdn ?

Pls help.

Thanks
inspiretoday.

I was able to do this from the cPanel settings.

But I am still unable to make any changes.
I am now trying to delete the draft copy and it says, "The link you followed has expired. "
And the other issues still remain.

Thanks

any other caches/CDN you use?
WPRocket, litespeed ?

Does your hosting have any internal caching system in place. If you don't know, it may be a question worth asking.

Did you delete all cookies/browser cache aswell.
If you are using a public DNS, Try switching to a differnet one temp to see if that resolves it, maybe it's hard-cached on the public DNS (unlikely but it has happened to me once)

I use WP-Rocket but the CDN is set up on Cloudfare.

Update: things are working fine now. There was a time lag of around 4-5 mins after I switched ON the Dev Mode. Thanks @xReminisce

So, everytime I need to make some changes in the admin area like creating a new post, updating the plugins etc, I will need to switch ON the Dev Mode and then switch if OFF, when done ?

Thanks
