Hi i have a form setup on my wordpress site (with contact form 7) and for some reason or another when someone submits a inquiry via the form 50% of the time (including myself) the inquiry doesn't come through via email.

I have also tested this myself, i have tried WPForms and some other free form plugins with no luck. I just want something reliable.

Does anyone know any reasons why this can occur or other plugins which actually store the form submission in the database so you don't need to rely on it being sent via email.

Cheers.

Can your website send emails, try setting up a plugin called "postman smtp" which allows sending via smtp and see if that resolves the issue.

is your admin email in wordpress the same as where you want the emails sent. It should work straight out of the box, it uses wordpress admin email. You could try using your domain email set up via cpanel and forward from there to another account.
