i installed Jetpack by WordPress WP Super Cache WP-PostViews Yoast SEO

I think you may touched the homepage setting on wordpress dashboard, setting, reading section, check it.

Or if not, install All In One SEO Pack, and go to set in there to overwrite the default setting.

You can reset it using Yoast SEO which you have already installed.

deactivate one by one plugin which is seo related and chect it out is this changes happen or not. on this way you can identify which plugin affect your titles.
