wordpress more post = better ranking?

I have seen a lot of pages that have a lot of post that are ranking better than wordpress sites with 1-2 posts . I have one wordpress with only 1 post and I'm not ranking very well..

I'm thinking of writing more posts that are for my niche but I'm not sure if that will help my seo? What do you think? Do more posts affect seo?

so you have a live site with one post, you bounce rate must be huge. It's a no brainer really

Quantity doesn't always equal quality, BUT more posts can help you rank, long tails, LSIs, all that fun stuff that you can wedge completely into a single post, maintain solid densities and have an article that makes sense.

If your site was focused on llama collars, don't you think it would help you rank to have other posts like "breakaway llama collars", Collars for baby llamas", "best studded llama collars", and such. Can you see the benefit?

this is very complicatd and theres a lot of factors

but i will soon outrank my competitor that was there for years (my site 2 months old) and he has indexed 300700 pages in Google, I have 160.... he has 7k keywords, i have 3500keywords (and grows!) (statistics by ahrefs). his ahref rank is 4Million my is 25million but i get about 5 million per 10 days.

Multiple posts help with internal linking and could boost overall authority.
