Hello am new here and am here to get some help on my WordPress site, is it possible to get Adsense approved for a blog with 9 articles while am continuing posting in the process

You might need to upload more articles at least 30 to get approved by Adsense.
And make sure you add important pages like about us, contact, privacy policy, and terms of service.

Adding to this, add the GDPR cookie policies popup compliant. They added to their policies recently and worked for me!

I think you need more articles as far i know if the rejects you ,you need to wait for a period to aply again .So i think its better to work a little harder now and get accepted on first time
