WordPress - Membership/Video courses

I want to know what is the best and most cost-effective solution to offer my customers the following services:

eBook (easily with WooCommerce)

BUT I want to create and sell a video course with a separate Membership Area and perhaps different levels of Membership.

What is the best plugin for this?!

Do the second website on a multisite so that your wordpress installation runs 2 separate wordpress sites. The rest is all about plugins which Im sure youll use the most suitable and appropriate ones
