Wordpress membership plugin that works with clickbank?

Hi guys, I'm looking for a membership plugin for Wordpress (not a theme), where I can set different levels of membership and restrict access to content.

The tricky part here is that I'd like to restrict the access to a custom post type, not to posts. And would also like it to work with clickbank to recruit affiliates, or maybe with jvzoo or another affiliate system that people of BHW are used to use.
