I have been updating ezine article with my blog.

I have some links from directories ( i dont know how they picked my domain name)


I have all disclaimer and privacy policy for my blog

Now What are blog posts writing practice which helps in ranking
1) tags?
2) do we need to define meta tags if yes how?
3) how long should be the blog title?

do I submit article in other article directory ( same which I have submitted in ezine)

what are the directories which I should consider I am doing manual work

I have one digg account with 200+ followers
and one digg
I dont have any other bookmarking account or bookmarks
