Wordpress Logo HELP

Hi
So on my wordpress website i need my logo to become bigger with out making the bar huge
Im using Jarida wordpress theme
I cant post pics.
When i make the logo Bigger the bar becomes huge when i make the logo small the bar is normal.
any help would help me alot

I have fixed the size and it just makes the bar huge.....
