I really don't know any other place to ask so here it goes:

I love making all kinds of wordpress layouts, but the problem is I don't know where to sell them.
Does any of you know any good forum or site I can sell them?

Thanks!

you can sell them on DP or "buy sell or trade" forum in here

''you can sell them on DP''

have you ever sold template on DP? :D Pain in the ASS.
Seriously I see some many professional templates not sold because they cost more than $10.

All I will get as response is:

''oh cool template''

''thats nice one''

and no bids.

Here's a start and there are many other places to sell them as well, just search around:
Code:

Thank you, that looks like awesome site.

Best thing you can do is open a web site store and sell
your themes there.

:)

what is the price you are trying to get for them?

instead of selling them.do this and you will earn more:

go to link sales section of dp and sell the sponsor links there.
if your theme is nice each sponsor link goes for 30$ or so.
also the designer link can be sold too for around 40$.
so for each wp theme you can earn between 100$ to 150$.

agree with razohard.. i believe the best thing you can do is open your own website stores. maybe it's better if you combine your store with a free wp theme too (not as good as a premium of course). your satisfied free theme's user will probably interested in your premium theme if they think you create a good one. my friend did it, and i see it's work fine.. :)

if i was designing wordpress layouts i wud make my own site and promote that, or i would sell links and share my themes for free, whatever makes more money after i thought thru both plans carefully.

hope that helps :)

i actually too have a friend who did just that, and on his free themes he
added links to his web store site and he is ranking very high on WP themes
keywords, getting a butt load of traffic and making nice sales.
