[Wordpress]Jwplayer v8 Error Code: 100000

Hi all, i try to use jwplayer but when i try to load the video from firefox i got Error Code: 100000 on chrome everything is fine. Im using Jwplayer v8. Could someone to help me.

It’s a setup error. Re-check your configuration. Sometimes it’s because of your browser extensions.

I already check that its display "Unknown error" so i need to set-up the player again ?

See if there’s anything wrong in your configuration. Maybe post it here. I also use JWPlayer and it works fine on all browsers.

Sorry for dumb question, im new in this niche. But where to find the config ? I find the player folder but dont find config file. Also i use dooplay theme 2.3.1 version if this help

I don't use Dooplay but it sounds like your JWPlayer comes installed in the theme code? If so you should contact the theme's developer to seek help from them. I setup the player manually.

Yeah its installed on the theme, also i have jwplayer 7 and plyr.io but on all of them wont stream on firefox its shady thing .. i still cant find solution is anyone have this problem ?
