WordPress Junkies!!

Hi, I am trying to find someone who knows how to answer my WP question? My web address is http://www.lansingdish.com when you search Google "dish network Lansing Mi" I think I come up 6th or 7th. My question is when you search "dish network Lansing Mi" I want people to see my phone number and that I do "Dish network. Directv.Sales.Service.Installation.Commercial.Residential" Without having to leave the Google search page. I have tried to change it in WP but it never show up when search it on Google. What am I doing wrong? is there some place else I need to put it? And how long should it take before WP changes show up in a Google search? No one can seem to give me an answer... Can someone help

Download and install Yoast's SEO plugin it will display the Google Search Snippet and let you edit it. Or I think you can just update the Meta Description. Yoast just makes it easier. Keep it under 165 characters so it doesn't get truncated (unless you want it too of course).

Hey it takes time for your site to get indexed by Google... this could be hours, days, weeks, months... it all depends on different factors.

1) how old is the domain?
2) how much content is on the site?
3) how many pages are on the site?
4) is the site SEO'ed?

The more valuable Google thinks a site is the faster they will send their robots to crawl your pages and update the changes.

Example I have 3 sites.

Site A is 3 years old, the content is really bad and the site is not SEO'ed... Google has not made any changes for months to this site... I'm not doing anything with it at the moment it just getting dusty.
Site B is 2 months old, the contect is fresh relevant, I have over 120 pages, with videos, good content, loads of sites linking to me, social media sites talking about my articles, it takes 1 or 2 days to get pages indexed now.
Site C is 3 months old, the conent is spun from site B, I have about 100 pages, no videos, content is ok, loads of spammy sites linking to me, no real social media, this site gets indexed the fastest right now, I have no clue why but Google loves it, I'm sure it's just all the spammy links pointing at it right now and soon the site will be SLAPPED!

Yeah the set up of the site is really really bad for SEO.

Go to google and type in site:http://www.lansingdish.com/

Only 1 page is indexed as the site is using frames, go to http://www.lansingdish.com/ and click on any internal link... now look at the browser URL, it's still http://www.lansingdish.com/
everything is listed as 1 page.

You need to fix this if you ever want anyone to find you in a search engine (Google). My advice would be to start the site again, it's really dated, get a webmaster to create for you, goto Fiver.com and pay someone $5 to set you up a basic wordpress site with a good seo theme, or go to Youtube and watch a video on how to create a word press site.
