Okay so my categorizing of my videos are really bad, they take up to much of the page.
I have about 80+ videos and it will take forever for my visitors to go through all my videos.

EX:

http://dbzseries.net/?cat=16

I want you to switch its format to something similar to this

http://www.zomganime.com/anime/07-ghost/

Bottom list, i want each episode link to just be the title without all the summary part in it.

I will give job to whomever can do this for the cheapest amount, i am low on cash right now.

Sorry if this isn't what you're after but from what I understand you can just change your Permalink setting in Wordpress to

/%category%/%postname%/

Yes, unless he is talking about the order of the videos on the site, permalink is an easy fix in WP. I can help you out if still needed.

This isnt what im talking about, i meant the links on the page of the site.

your example then is not all that great as the only thing needed to change the first link to the second link is indeed the change to the permalink structure. /%category%/%postname%/

If you want to create a list, why not try the azindex plugin that has been suggested use for the moviesites? It creates pages of your movies.

Not sure what you mean by links at bottom of page. You want links to all your posts on the bottom of your home page/post pages?

Check out the gallery pages he has; it creates pages like those--all depends on your setup options that you choose.
