Wordpress installation troubles

I am having trouble installing Wordpress the better program version type. First I tried the Wamp way. The W is orange and says 1 out of 2 services running. Then tried the xampp method but I need 64 bit, I am getting frustrated. Can someone provide some guidance or help please. Is there a better method?

I am reading about about it and checking it out. Is it a recurring cost? Monthly or something? I see how it says free year of support etc. Looks like a useful tool. Interested about the true cost because I also see how it says bid offer...sounds possibly misleading.. I dont mean to insult the product or methods of advertising just very curious about price.
 
What do people think of Bitnami and the cloud? Is this a good method? I'm not sure about some other things involving wordpress and host things. Does it have to be connected to some type of server or can you purely launch it on your computer regularly and then transfer it to the internet or something? How does this work?

No recurring cost, you get a year of help if you need it. The bid offer you refer to is actually Early Bird Offer, which means a discount on the normal price :)

All the latest xamp and wamp packages work fine on Windows. It's just a matter of unpacking and selecting which services to turn on.

Having said that, you should probably migrate to 64 bits ASAP.
 
what error you get, you are not explaining anything

I am in the process of going through easywplocal as far as startup with the wordpress. It is less complicated for me atleast so thanks. About the easywp as far as creating your own websites; does the creators or any other related affiliates posses any copyright on the websites I will be creating within their host? Getitdone2015: I had problems involving Xampp and Wamp I think it is. May have been me the user but I had spent a decent amount of time trying to bring myself through the steps and problem solving small errors so I asked for help.
 
I use Instant WP, and it works great for me, once the website is finished, I transfer it to my host. good luck
 
When installing xampp on Windows, you don't have to install Apache and MySQL as a service for local development.
Also skip that bitnami shit.

After install open the xampp control panel, and click start for Apache and MySQL.
Before starting Apache, close your Skype, as Skype blocks 1 or 2 ports the default xampp installation uses for Apache.

After that start your Skype again ;) Don't forget to start Apache and MySQL after you have restarted or shutdown your PC.
You may need to run the xampp control panel with admin privileges. You can also set up the deamons (service) for Apache / MySQL on the control panel anytime you want.

Before running WP installation, open http://localhost/phpmyadmin in your browser and create a database.
When asked for database credentials during WP install, enter you databse name you create with phpmyadmin, user is "root" and password is empty (for a default xampp installation).

Quick answer is no, it's not their host but yours. Once installed everything you do, like create websites, test themes and plugins belong to you

Ok thanks about that question. Hey I'm having troubles creating a new site. When Im at easywp localhost manager on chrome and press create site and then select the version and folder name... nothing happens.. the little wheel will spin around waiting forever and nothing happens. I'm trying to get to the part where I can START to make a website but I still am having troubles. Is there another way I can contact you blogzandstuff?

Thanks RightFootFanatic for the information. I will start working on xampp and the other suggestions/answers you provided. I had no idea about skype blocking 1 of the port. I am going to go back to the how to xampp info I found and see if I can install correctly for wp.

Most hosting companies have a wordpress installer like softaculous that does this for you, or you go to wordpress.org and install manually...
