Wordpress Image from computer or from a image Host ?

It depends on how good your hosting is. Loading directly onto your own site will be faster to load for readers unless you have really terrible hosting, in which case Imgur might work better. I would test it to be sure, but personally I would never host anywhere but my own wordpress install. You could always try a CDN or something like W3 total cache to speed up self hosted images, too.

If you use an image hosting site, then if the image is removed for any reason, then u will have to fix it again.
On the other hand, if u use image hosting, u will be in safe side if there is a copyright issue. U can create a fake profile on the image hosting site and can upload images there.

I would upload them from your computer/to your server/WP.
Reasons being:
You can better optimize the image file name with your keyword, ie keyword.jpg (including alt and title text).
The images you upload to your own server can garner backlinks to your domain.
Images you're linking on a different host might be removed, 404/503, or have their file name/URL changes (resulting in you losing the image).
Maintaining the image on your server/website/WP is a bit more extra work, but you can always can't on it being there and might reap some other benefits.
