Is the pop-up something you added before? In default GeneratePress, there are no pop-up´s default.

no bro this pop is related to jewelry and I have nothing to do with jewelry like something !!

take few seconds
Using display:none won't work in this case, you need to find the javascript code responsible for displaying this window and remove it. I assume it's not hardcoded in your theme, so try to deactivate all the plugins on your website first, if the popup window disappears start activating them one by one until you find the plugin responsible for displaying this window

I suppose you installed a nulled plugin of some sort, deactivate your plugins one by one and find the bad plugin that is injecting your pop-up code.

i agree with this, if it's not a plugin I recommend changing the theme completely.

I have used generatepress and i didn't have that problem. In my opinion, what i would do is check all the plugins like the other users said, and if you don't find the problem try to find the code line or the script resposible of the pop-up.
Other thing you can try is change the theme and later choose again generatepress.
