[wordpress] how to put external links to pages in the navbar?

Hey guys,

Im wondering how I can put external links to pages in my navbar? I did the following:

PHP:

<a href="http://www.blabla.com/forum/">Forum</a>

But that puts a big gab in my nav bar? It works but how can I get rid of that gap? Heres a picture:
