So I created a Menu on Wordpress, but still there's another menu poping out.

Check if you have a page called 'home' pinned?

This is bread crumb on the page, i guess or check homepage settings.

I hide the breadcrumb and banner now it goes like this

But for hid breadcrumb only it now looks like this

Got it, now the only problem left is this white bar, I think it's the main site background? But cannot find it yet

I believe that is your theme background color.
It can usually be changed in appearance, customize.
You can search on google for "your theme" background color.

You could also use a theme editor.
