Hi there

I was wondering regarding wordpress hosting to choose between godaddy and dreamhost ?
whats the best?

dreamhost got unlimited pop accounts thats good news because godaddy charges for office 365 insane money per email account and it does not work well!

anybody out there that can say something about speed and environment of the hosting ?
also if I transfer my domain to dreamhost can I set DNS for subdomains on a different hosting ?

thank you for taking the time to answer

I had a bad experience withe dreamhost - try to search poweruphosting here on BHW - heard all the best for them

hope it helps

For the love of God, not Godaddy.

Aty any advice please?? if I go for godaddy only during the period I develop the design ... later will be moving on a dedicated server ....

You could try Hawkhost, its based in USa and has one of the best web services and prices I had seen, when I had a blog many many yyears ago I had it with them, the service is also very personal and on time, the owner hangs out at the big webhosting talk forums.

Well. Our team of developers are using Goddady host services. Some of the hosts are very cheap there. And there are discounts for clients that have been with them for a long period of time. Good luck with your business!

My advice: step away from Godaddy as far as you can for both domains and hosting. Bluehost is better than the two you mentioned in the thread.

I have dreamhost and love it. Nice and smooth. I don't like to host with the same company I register domains with. I tried that with namecheap back in the day and it was a nightmare.

I am working with Hostgator and I am pretty happy

I personally recommend you Bluehost cause it is used by mny famous blogger and companies. I also personally used it and love it.

Dreamhost has a slightly better uptime guarantee and faster load and response times than Godaddy in the tests.

GoDaddy doesn't charge for office 365, instead, provides one-year free service and charge you after one year. Please kindly have look on the image attached below.

I want to know some thing on WordPress Hosting please give me suggestion

I see mixed reactions for Godaddy. Well I have been with them for 5 years and I do not see any issues with their services. I started out with shared hosting, but outgrew to VPS. Both were well supported, and they normally address my issues or concerns within 24 hours max. VPS has a dedicated customer support line which you can directly chat with their support personnel. They also have phone support as well - just provide your pin and you can get support immediately. Now I am hosting my own web server, on a budget dedicated server - worth every penny, but the learning curve is steep, but I save so much more money from this.
