Is there's any WordPress hosting with managed services for (OS and DB), just to monitor the website and maybe take proper action when it's down (restart Apache or DB service when needed, make sure that the cron jobs for backup are working, ...etc).

It seems you need at least managed VPS or Dedicated server. Are you migrating from other provider or you are looking to get new one?

What you're looking for is managed VPS. If you have enough budget, you can go for dedicated hosting. Otherwise regular shared hosting would work as service providers take care of all such issues.

a lot of companies offer managed VPS Hostings I don't think anyone offers managed WordPress hosting
