Isn't it just about installing wordpress and then only dealing with wp admin panel from there?

When installing Wordpress from - you often times have requirements with FTP. So you'll need to install an Ftpd server like freeftpd or freesshd.
Then comes configuration - once the server is configured - you cannot reconfigure it in most cases without destroying it.
If there is a config issue or any other issue, you risk losing everything to fix it.
So tread carefully, teach yourself everything and only then move forward.

please guide how to AWS hosting, or from where we can buy it? one server is for one website or we can host numbers of site?

AWS not as easy to manage/install wordpress versus cpanel hosts. If you want something between the two, try lightsail won't be as cheap as Ec2 and probably more expensive than shared for a single install.
You'll still have to SSH or putty on windows for sftp or phpmyadmin. You'll also have to handle security. If this is too overwhelming probably best to stick with shared / cpanel hosting.
Bitnami has a great guide and has a setup for AWS Lightsail I believe, maybe for ec2 also

I have migrated my personal site to AWS.
Great performance. But you must be technically good and fix issues yourself.
