By default Wordpress use the most recent posts as front page, what are you trying to do?

The index page CONTENT is stored in the database by Wordpress, so you'll not find the content of any page, including the default home page as a normal file (with extension of .html or .php, for example) in a folder in the cPanel's File Manager (under any of the folders under the public_html main directory). In the database, you'll find that content...

If you've created a custom home page template with some data/content in it, and are using that as the custom home page of your site, then that content can be seen under the above-mentioned /public_html/<yourSiteFolder>/wp-content/themes/<themename>/<yourTemplateFileName>

Lol. OP, create a new page called "Home", or whatever else you want to name it.

    Go to Settings > Reading.
Select the "Static front page" option.
Choose the new "Home" page you've just created in the dropdown.
    Save your settings.

What do you mean? You want all posts to show on your homepage? You dont need to move post into your main page if you just want to see them on your homepage. Do you usually work with wordpress?

They will all show up when you create your home page as Treeofl1 said, remember to add it to your menu and update menu and it will work.

You couldn't see the index.php page in wp-admin panel, but can in cpanel.
What are you looking for in index page? Need more details to help you out.

One CAN see and edit the index.php from wp-admin... In your admin panel, go to appearance --> editor, open the file from the shown list.
