WordPress helps for SEO

Hello mates , I am opening an amazon review website , I am choosing whether to build my site with web builder or using some WordPress theme ? The thing with WordPress , I have less freedom to customize the layout and stuff I want , so I am inclined to build it by a web builder . I just wonder , does having WordPress gives some power in Google rankings ??? Maybe the robots read the code more easier or so ..? Or there is no difference ?
