Wordpress HELP!

Hey guys , i have a question and i think there is a supper easy answer but i just dont know it:

i want to take a single page in wordpress, and instead of having tons of content on one page so it will go down without ending like it does in FACEBOOK wall ,

i want it be seperated in pages like - page 1,2,3,4 etc...

any one knows how to do that? with plugins or any other options?

You make it 'blog tyle' and limit the number of posts per page. Simple.

the problem is that i dont have posts on my wordpress , i update the stuff on pages

Are you talking about page navigation with numbering? If so maybe this plugin will help : WP-PageNavi

it really depends on the WP theme you are using but if you are on WP basic, go into settings and set the number of posts to display on homepage.
