- premium theme but for free

- recommendations for themes in general

There are several theme on wordpress that can help you post job and create a job portal.

also you can used automatic job posting plugins to post job for you.

Generate Press and WP All Import were the ones I used, both free and if you have posts in CVS it's easy to upload them.

Honestly, skip the auto-post; it's usually pretty obvious and hurts credibility. Check out ThemeForest for job board themes, but make sure it's mobile-friendly and customizable – you'll want to stand out.

Forget autposting scripts; they scream spam. For a job board theme, check out WP Job Manager – it's free and pretty flexible.
