I have got a WP blog on #7 for a healthy niche, i am using CPA for monetization. But the front page wasn't much effective, so I build a landing page in HTML.

    Now the blog is domain.com/index.php
    and lpage is domain.com/index.html
But when i try to access index.php i get directed to landing page.

I was thing about shifting the blog to some other folder or subdomain, but that way i would loose link juice!
    What is the solution?>

You can't have 2 indexes. If you want that you can have domain.com/landingpage.html and set domain.com to redirect to the landingpage.

Set it in the htaccess file.
There is also an option in the google webmaster tool to clarify this.
