wordpress help

Hello community.

I have a problem and hope to find some good advice here.

I need a Wordpress plugin, or, if not, a separate script or even a thid party service that manages file transfer between clients and a site admin.

The process is simple:

- user creates an account
- user sends a file
- site admin reviews the file, modifies it and re-uploads it so the user can see it.
- user and site admin can exchange messages


Any thoughts?

you should add customer support ticketing system as others have said. You may want to check out some WordPress plugins for this purpose.

I'm sure there is something out there. The customer ticketing is a good idea. If you know php it wouldn't be incredibly hard to code. There is always upwork as well to get someone to build it to your requirements. Shouldn't cost much since it is pretty simple to code.
